OK. After naming your picture and clicking CONTINUE you get to the UPLOAD FILE screen where you can select the picture that is on your computer. Click on the SELECT button. The name of the file will appear in the FILE box at the bottom after you select the file. You can type in the name and path of the picture if you know where it is on your computer, for example;
C:\windows\desktop\ebay\images\lamp.jpg,
and then click the SEND button. If not just click the select button and browse your files.

After locating the file on your computer (#1) click on it once to highlight it. (#2) A preview thumbnail of the picture will display if you have the (#3)PREVIEW PICTURE option checked. (A good way to verify this is the correct picture). (#4) Click the OPEN button after you have selected the correct picture file.
