What is /dev/null? Simply put, it could be considered the place of last resort for developers. If you're not having any luck getting people on IRC, put up an entry here stating your project and what kind of person you're looking for.
If you're looking for a project to join, you can put up an entry here, too. Just tell us what you're good at and what kind of project you'd like to be asked to join.
Granted, it's a lot like the (now-defunct) Fancypants, but there's a definite need for a resource like this.
