HELD: The Murthal police claims to have arrested Sibesh, a resident of Islampur village of Deenaj district in West Bengal, and Sanjay of Dhangarh village of Partapgarh district in Uttar Pradesh on the charges of loot and murder. Both culprits had fled after committing the crime.
