Anarchy in Haryana: Bhajan
From Our Correspondent
HISAR, Jan 17 - Former Chief Minister Bhajan Lal has expressed concern over the rise in crime here. Talking to mediapersons on Tuesday after visiting the local grain market, where he had gone to meet traders who had received threats from criminals recently, Mr Bhajan Lal said the state government had failed to maintain law and order in the state. Criminals were demanding ransom from businessmen and attacking them in broad daylight. He demanded that the police should make proper security arrangements in main markets and on main roads of the state at the earliest. Mr Bhajan Lal said the district police should arrest those responsible for the death of Narayan Singh, a cook of Haryana Agriculture University.
