Illicit liquor seized

With the arrest of a youth, the West district police today claimed to have seized a large number of liquor bottles. The suspect was identified as Arvind Singh, alias Tillu. He was bringing liquor from Bahadurgarh. The police had information that the suspect was bringing liquor from Haryana. A trap was laid near Peeragarhi Chowk. As the TSR reached near the chowk, it was stopped by the policemen. The liquor was seized after the search of the TSR. The suspect has been arrested and the vehicle seized, the police said.
