Hindustan Times, January 10, 2001 Two-year-old's body found HT Correspondent (Rohtak, January 9) THE SADAR police found the dead body of a two-year-old from the outskirts of village Bohar, about 10 km from here, on Monday. According to reports, the victim, Anuj, was missing since yesterday afternoon. He was last time seen playing with a servant of the family. The servant, a teenage boy identified as Ravi, belonged to Bihar and could not be traced after the boy was reported missing. The victim's father Manjit, a resident of Bohar village informed the police that his two-year-old son Anuj has been missing and could not be traced despite efforts. The police recovered Anuj's body from the outskirts of the village. The SSP was not available for comments when phone calls were made to his office and residence today. In another incident, a youth was stabbed to death by four assailants at the Quilla Road last night. The victim, Rakesh, was rushed to the local civil hospital where the doctors pronounced him dead. A case of murder has been registered. |
