Labourer stabbed to death after altercation

Sonepat: A labourer working in the foodgrains market was allegedly stabbed to death by a youth Vikas in Devipura Mohalla at Gohana town, 35 km from here yesterday. According to a report, the alleged assailant, identified as Vikas however, managed to escape immediately after the attack. The police have registered a case and sent the body of the victim for the postmortem examination. A hunt is on to apprehend the alleged assailant. It is stated that both the victim and the alleged assailant consumed liquor and were involved in altercations with each other, which led to the murder.
