In a fit of anger, a husband today killed his wife by cutting her throat and
both hands with a sharp weapon. According to police sources, Mahender Singh,
a gardener by profession, was at home at Gurgaon village in the morning
today. A close relative came to the house. While Mahender Singh, his wife
Laxmi and the relative were talking on some personal issue, all of a sudden
the discussion heated up and both the wife and the husband started arguing
loudly. Mahender Singh took his grass cutter and hit his wife. When Laxmi
protested the attack and raised her hand, Mahender cut her both hands.
