Cashier robbed of Rs 2.15 lakh

PANIPAT, March 10 — Three robbers looted Rs 2.15 lakh from a cashier of the Paliwal Overseas Company, Vijay Singhal, on Wednesday.
He was going in his Santro along with car driver Suresh Kumar to disburse wages of workers in Paliwal industries on the G T road and was carrying Rs 5 lakh for this purpose.
The robbers who were on a motor-cycle, stopped the car on gunpoint and one of them entered the car and forced the driver to take the car on the Siwah-Dahar Link road.
After reaching a deserted place they looted Rs 2.15 lakh from the cashier fled away.
