House burgled

Sonepat. Thieves are reported to have entered the house of Mr Ram Tirath in the Model Town area here last night and decamped with cash and jewellery worth more than Rs 1 lakh. According to another report, thieves also broke open the locks of the shops at Mohana and Tikila villages of the district in separate incidents and stole a variety of kiryana goods from them. All the three cases of thefts were reported to the police.
