The murder of Mr Suresh Maggu took place just after the Chief Minister unveiled a statue of Mahatma Gandhi at ‘D’ park, hardly 500 yards away from the place of incident. The alleged killer crossed of Rohtak town boundary in his Santro car (HR-12 C-8000) used in the crime after committing the murder of three industrialists.
