Woman found murdered

FATEHABAD, April 2 — A newly wedded woman was found murdered under mysterious circumstances near Gulha-Cheeka in Kaithal district yesterday. Her husband was also found in an unconscious condition near his car.
According to an information received here, the victim, a daughter of Mr Rattan Lal, a resident of Tohana had come to visit her parent's house. Yesterday, she along with her husband left for Narwana in their car. When the couple did not reach Narwana, a search was launched and the body of the woman with stab injuries was found in the car parked in the fields near Guhla-Cheeka.
The husband has reportedly told the police that when they left Tohana three unidentified persons, followed their car on a motor cycle. According to him, after intercepting their car, two of the youths forced their entry into the car and forced him drink juice at Kaithal after which he fell unconscious. The youths, according to him, later killed his wife.
The police has registered a case of murder and investigating.
