ROBBER HELD: Two scooter-borne youths snatched Rs 1.6 lakh from employees of the Public Works Department on the canal road at Narwana on Wednesday. On receiving the complaint, the police set up a naka, nabbed one of the robbers, Satpal, and recovered Rs 60,000 from him.
