Currently there are only two BUZZ plugins from me available.
M3 is a BUZZ generator with 2 oscillators with 5 waveforms (sine, saw, square, triangle and noise) and 1 sub oscillator.
It also has pitch and filter envelopes, glide and two LFOs (Low Frequency Oscillator).
The source code is included in the zip file.
M4 is a slightly improved version of the M3 machine. Now all parameters except Note and Volume are global. So it is now much more easier to produce polyphonic patterns (thanks to scaldor for the advice). There are two new parameters: LFO 1/2 Phase Difference. With this feature you have different LFO phases per track. See the doc for more infos. Also new: scalings of the LFO amounts for the different destinations (attributes).

The M4 machine also has more waveforms (127) than M3 (5) and two new filter types (-18db and -24db lowpass).
The complete M4 source code is in a seperate file because all the waveforms (.wav files) are very large.
