Yep, it happens. The most common complaint is with the 'ToDo" button. It seems to be a manufacturing defect that was showing up on a few brand new Pilots. A few people have reported it showing up later in the Pilot's life, but that's rare. The solution is to wiggle the button around to get it unstuck, or return your Pilot for a new one. If you're adventurous, you can try taking the Pilot apart and smoothing off any ridges on the buttons and the inside edge of the case. Before you put your Pilot under the knife, you may want to see what's inside the Pilot first.
