Tornado Pictures

I have been fasinated with Tornado's for several years. Since witnessing my first tornado on Palm Sunday 1964 (as seen in the two b/w pics taken by my father), through my experience working for Housing and Urban Development on Tornado Disaster Relief, I have found the tornado to be a creature of mass destruction that is impossible to stop... the only thing we can do is get out of it's way. Later, I worked as the operations manager for two weather stations, and ultimately a spotter for N.O.A.A. The work allowed me the opportunity to witness several funnel clouds and multiple tornado's on the ground. While these monsters cause death and destruction, there is a fasination in the many forms that the tornado can take... from the wide super cell's to the very narrow... the tornado is a creature to be viewed and respected.
