Heroes

This page takes a look at the foolish Heroes in Dungeon Keeper II.

All Information Obtained From DarkSword

From the mighty Wizard to the stout Dwarf, they're all here. Although not yet in great detail, we hope to gain much more information about the pesky servants of Good before the game is released. If you know any details (official) then please send them to us and we'll place it here.

Dwarf - No Picture Yet

Heralding from the mountains, Dwarves are stocky characters who have an affiliation for beards and chainmail. Their ancestor knowledge of tunnels and mining, mean that Dwarves have the thankless task of tunnelling through the fortified walls of dungeons, in order for stronger heroes to storm in and claim all the glory.

Elf - No Picture Yet

Elves occasionally ally themselves with the local lord for the sole purpose of trying to rid the world of evil beings that threaten their forest homes. They have unmatched accuracy with their bows and can pick off enemy targets at tremendous range.

Fairy - No Picture Yet

Whilst Fairies are not particularly hard wearing, their great speed and offensive spells more than make up for this.

Giant - No Picture Yet

Huge and powerful seems to describe Giants quite well. Their strength is their sheer muscle power. Creatures that are attacked by Giants certainly know about it and they make short work of doors and other obstacles. Smaller creatures who think that they are too quick for the Giant may find themselves being picked up and thrown around the Dungeon.

Knight - No Picture Yet

The epitome of chivalry and honour, Knights fight to uphold the word of the Lord Of The Land and they would think nothing of laying down their life so that he might live on. Like their Dark counterparts, they are skilled swordsmen but they posses even heavier armour.

Monk - No Picture Yet

A lifetime of pious study and martial training has created these heroes. They are excellent hand-to-hand combatants. Against undead foes they religious upstanding allows them to inflict massive amounts of damage. They are particularly adept at dealing with Vampires and posses the ability to utterly destroy them thus preventing their reincarnation.

Royal Guard - No Picture Yet

Your average man-at-arms, Guards often hire their services out to anyone that will take them. They are adept at standing real still and keeping their eyes open.

Thief - No Picture Yet (He nicked it)

Although they turn up in parties of heroes, Thieves tend to have their own objective. That is the expansion of their personal wealth. Other heroes provide them with the security that they need in order to get deep into dungeons, so that they can 'liberate' the Keeper's wealth. If cornered they can't stand up to much of a fight, and can be finished off by even the lowest dungeon denizen.

Wizard - No Picture Yet

Wizards have chosen to devote their life to the study of magic and its application. Wizards often hire their services out to hero parties in need of a bit of long range support. Their Fireballs and Firebombs can make short work of a group of monsters. Always eager to learn, Wizards like nothing more than reading a good book when they get bored.
